Status Personae e Diritti Fondamentali - Status and Legal Integration (I session)
On March 9th and 10th 2017, with the conference titled "Status Personae e Diritti Fondamentali", will open in Perugia the activities of the Jean Monnet EuroStatus Project "Status within European Union Law", coordinated by Prof. Antonio Bartolini of the Department of Jurisprudence of the Università degli Studi di Perugia.
The EuroStatus Project, funded under the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Activities Program of the European Union, will analyze how the European integration process has changed the rights and obligations of people by introducing new status such as consumer and citizen of European Union or changing the meaning of others like entrepreneurs or family members.
EuroStatus will involve many European and Latin American scholars and will be realized in collaboration with CNR-ISAFoM.
During these days, will be present the first reflections to judges, officials of the justice administration, teachers and professionals from Argentina, Mexico and Paraguay, present in Perugia for the training course coordinated by Calogero Pizzolo of the Universidad de Buenos Aires and Roberto Cippitani of the Università degli Studi di Perugia and dedicated to the "Protección supranacional de los derechos humanos" (4th edition).
The speakers will be jurists from the University of Perugia and scholars from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Università degli Studi di Torino, Universidad de Buenos Aires and University of Osijek (Croatia).
This first conference is dedicated to the studies of Professor Antonio Palazzo, Master of Private Law of the Università degli Studi di Perugia.
